Payment & Shipping

A. Shipping costs and information:

Shipping is only possible to the countries listed below. Your order will be shipped by DHL. The respective shipping costs can be found in the table below.

 

If you wish to have your order shipped to another country, please send us an e-mail (insert e-mail address) before placing an order and tell us the article and the delivery address with the country and the corresponding postal code. We will then inform you at short notice whether we can also ship to the desired country and inform you - should delivery to the desired delivery address be possible - the shipping costs, since we must inquire the shipping option and costs in advance from our shipping partner.

 

I. Shipping within Germany:

For shipping within the German mainland we charge a flat rate per order 5,50 Euro.

From with a gross order value of 150 Euro we ship free of shipping costs.

 

II. shipping outside Germany

We deliver to the following countries:

• The shipping costs to Europe are 9,00 Euro per order.
• The shipping costs to USA are 16,00 Euro per order.

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may be incurred in individual cases, which we are not responsible for and which are to be borne by you. These include for example costs for the transfer of money by credit institutions (e.g. transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import duties or taxes (e.g. customs duties).
